What is PCB ?

A printed circuit board, or PCB, is used to mechanically support and electrically connect electronic components using conductive pathways, or traces, etched from copper sheets laminated onto a non-conductive substrate. PCB is also referred to as printed wiring board (PWB) or etched wiring board. A PCB populated with electronic components is a printed circuit assembly (PCA), also known as a printed circuit board assembly (PCBA).

PCB are rugged, inexpensive, and can be highly reliable. They require much more layout effort and higher initial cost than either wire-wrapped or point-to-point constructed circuits, but are much cheaper and faster for high-volume production. Much of the electronics industry's PCB design, assembly, and quality control needs are set by standards that are published by the IPC organization.

4.Our local capability is high mix and moderate volumes. We are scaled to tackle unusual projects of smaller quantities requiring unique and careful processing as well as moderate volumes with unusual characteristics.
5.We have years of experience in PCB industry. Our local design expertise combined with low cost high volume manufacturing is a powerful combination.
6.CAPABILITIES include single and double sided, multilayer up to 22 layers, 4 mil line and space geometries, ultrathin with 1/2 oz copper up to 4 oz inner layers. Heavy copper is a specialty. Click "capability" for a detailed look.
7.Impedance controlled designs are verified through our fabrication formulas and test coupons can be provided.
8.Optional RoHS finishes are available in ENIG, Immersion Gold/Tin/Silver, OSP, and Lead Free HASL.
