    Silicon aluminum foil PCB auxiliary test:
    1 appearance test: smooth surface, no cracks, cracks, particles, bubbles, pinholes and foreign impurities.
    2 thickness: micrometer measurement, take five points to measure, read data and record.
    3 size: ruler or tape measure, measure on equal sides, read data and record.
    4 temperature resistance: continuous heating of silicon aluminum foil for temperature resistance test (temperature: 185 degrees; pre pressure: 10S; molding time: 120S; pressure 100kg/cm2 continuous operation for 5~7 days), not allowed to brittle.
    5, silicone oil precipitation: silicon aluminum foil continuous heating temperature test (temperature: 185 degrees; pre pressure: 10S; molding time: 120S; pressure 100kg/cm2 continuous operation 5~7 days), do not allow silicon aluminum foil, silicone oil precipitation.


    Glass fiber cloth PCB auxiliary test:
    1 visual inspection: surface smooth, no wrinkles, cracks, impurities and foreign particles.
    2 thickness: micrometer measurement, take five points to measure, read data and record.
    3 size: ruler or tape measure, measure on equal sides, read data and record.
    4, temperature resistance: continuous warming of glass fiber cloth for temperature resistance test (temperature: 185 degrees; pre pressure: 10S; molding time: 120S; pressure 100kg/cm2 continuous operation for 5~7 days), not allowed to brittle.


    Fired iron PCB auxiliary test:
    1 appearance test: smooth surface, no cracks, cracks, particles, bubbles, pinholes and foreign impurities.
    2 thickness: micrometer measurement, take five points to measure, read data and record.
    3 size: ruler or tape measure, measure on equal sides, read data and record.
    4, temperature resistance: will burn iron continuous heating temperature resistance test (temperature: 185 degrees; pre pressure: 10S; molding time: 120S; pressure 100kg/cm2 continuous operation for 5~7 days), not allowed to brittle. 4.5, silicone oil precipitation: the heating temperature will be grilled iron temperature test (temperature: 185 degrees; pre pressure: 10S; molding time: 120S; pressure 100kg/cm2 continuous operation for 5~7 days), not allowed to burn the iron plate, silicone oil precipitation.

    5 silicone oil precipitation: continuous warming of green silica gel for temperature resistance test (temperature: 185 degrees; pre pressure: 10S; molding time: 120S; pressure 100kg/cm2 continuous operation for 5~7 days), green silicone oil is not allowed to precipitate.


    TPXPCB auxiliary test:
    1 visual inspection: surface smooth, no wrinkles, cracks, impurities and foreign particles.
    2 thickness: micrometer measurement, take five points to measure, read data and record.
    3 size: ruler or tape measure, measure on equal sides, read data and record.
    4 temperature resistance: TPX continuous heating temperature test (temperature: 200 degrees; pre pressure: 10S; molding time: 180S; pressure 120kg/cm2 continuous operation 10~20 times), not allowed to brittle.
    5: the precipitation of copper foil and silicone oil sample TPX pressure (temperature: 180 C; preheating time: 10S; 180S; molding time: pressure: 100kg/cm2), continuous pressure 10 ~ 20 times after pretreatment of nickel plating after the test, 10 times magnification, a phenomenon not exposed copper allow.


    From the shape of the membrane PCB auxiliary test:
