    In fact, not only your customers do not like this rectification measures, your leadership must not like to move at every turn to write "operator awareness of quality is not strong, strengthen training", "punishment of 300 people" and so on these can not be converted into specific action program And the assessment criteria for the improvement of false and large air. The responsibility of the quality problems to the operator, or is irresponsible to deal with, or is not understand the quality of management. Because as long as the human operation to avoid mistakes, as the administrator should think about how to detect and fundamentally prevent these mistakes.

     

    First talk about the appearance of defects.

     

    In general, the appearance of defects are required to 100 percent visual inspection, and indeed likely to cause missed inspection situation. But still can be from the following aspects to find the reasons and to develop improvement measures.

    The fifth question, with the wrong material.
